Tonight we put the finishing touches on the tree. It has become a tradition for Jay to sing "The Twelve Days of Christmas" as he puts the twelve coordinating ornaments on the tree. This year Tuttle sat in my lap, and Maggie relaxed in her carseat while he performed.

I cannot wait to watch Tuttle run into the room on Christmas morning. I am relieved he has stayed committed to his wish list for months now: a bicycle, a helmet, and a Go, Diego, Go book. He has seen Santa twice already and recited the same gifts.
