We ventured to the dentist this morning for the kids' six month cleanings. This was not a new thing for Tuttle, but it was Maggie's first time actually getting her teeth cleaned.
Tuttle went back first by himself. Once he was done, I went back with Maggie. She did so well! She listened the entire time and did not seem nervous at all. I was very proud of Maggie for bravely trying something new.
Tuttle and Maggie left the dentist with good reports, new toothbrushes, and toys from the prize area. I do not think we will have any issues returning in six months. :)
We also visited Maggie's new ballet studio this morning. She has been asking to start ballet for several months now. Maggie will begin her weekly classes in the fall. She loved exploring the studio and checking out the bars and huge mirrors.
I had to steal this photo that Jay took yesterday of Tuttle. They spent ALL AFTERNOON playing on Daddy's original Nintendo, specifically Zelda. He titled the picture "Raisin' Him Right." I do not know who had more fun- Tuttle or Jay! :)
For once we do not have super busy week. I am still adjusting to my new role as SAHM, and I am loving every single second!
Oh wow, an original Nintendo! I think “Raisin’ Him Right” is the perfect title for that. Haha! Anyway, it’s nice that both Tuttle and Maggie did great in their visit to the dentist. I don’t think you’ll have any problems with your future dental visits, since the first ones went through without a hitch. Anyway, it’s good to know that both of them got good reports from the dentist. I hope it stays that way for years to come. Cheers!

It's great that Tuttle and Maggie were very behaved during the cleanings. There are some things that shouldn't be much of a problem, and an semi-annual cleaning and checkup are a couple of those things. A trip to the dentist shouldn't be a cause of fear for the kids. Anyway, thanks for sharing! Good day!

I took my 3 to the dentist just last week. One is an infant and I had forgotten what an adventure that can be. The other 2 are now pretty much professionals at going to the dentist and they were so sweet and trying to explain everything to their little sister. It was a really nice family day out there.

Cute little Maggie, very brave for a first-timer.

The website is looking bit flashy and it catches the visitors eyes. Design is pretty simple and a good user friendly interface. screw in teeth
