We spend the weekend in Madison celebrating Grandaddy's birthday, and everyone had a blast!
Tuttle and Maggie enjoyed playing with new toys (including new Legos for Tuttle that Aunt Peach spent all day Saturday putting together), splashing in the pool, and swinging on the new playset in the backyard.
I had an especially perfect weekend because I went on a shopping trip with Grandmommy, took a 2+ hour nap on Saturday, and ran with Aunt Peach.
Saturday evening we celebrated Grandaddy's birthday with a steak dinner and chocolate cake. Tuttle helped blow out the trick candles, but Maggie decided to just watch. :)

The weather was absolutely gorgeous, so we spent as much time outside as possible. Smelly's favorite place to play is at Grandmommy and Grandaddy's house because Daddy will throw the ball for her in the backyard until she is totally exhausted.
Today we were totally lazy in our pajamas until we left soon after lunch. Tuttle and Maggie immediately fell asleep as soon as we hit the road.
Happy Birthday, Grandaddy. We love you so much!!
