Last Thursday it was finally Jacob's turn to meet his new teachers at preschool. Maggie and Tuttle did not start as early to preschool as Jacob (third child privilege!), so the baby rooms are new territory for me.
Jacob is in the Busy Bee Class this year with Ms. Amanda and Ms. Sarah. He did not waste any time exploring his new room and was especially interested in the trains and trucks. No surprise there!
I know Jacob is going to love playing outside, making art projects, eating snack at the big table, and meeting new baby friends. He already has his eye on the prettiest girl in class!
After a great night's sleep due to a full Labor Day at the pool, Jacob was ready to start preschool this morning!
We arrived about 30 minutes early to snap a few photos before the craziness of the preschool crowd could distract Jacob.
The teachers were waiting at the classroom door to get the babies, so the drop off was quick and painless. At pickup, Ms. Sarah told me that Jacob did not cry one bit and had a great first day of preschool! :)
It is AMAZING what you can get done in three hours with no children. We have a vacuumed and declutttered car, an organized house, and clean clothes!
