Thanksgiving Round 2 and 3

We continued our Thanksgiving rounds at Gram and Grump's house with a HUGE crowd on Saturday. Our family has grown larger by the year, and we totaled around 35 guests at our feast! We added some friends and neighbors (including our favorite Ms. Jenna), and everyone loved the hustle and bustle. Jay and I are finally at the stage that the kids can eat downstairs at the kids' table while we actually have adult conversation upstairs and eat a complete meal. It is amazing! :)

Gram and Grumps are always the best hosts for our blended family. We look forward to Thanksgiving in Marietta every year, and I love that the kids are growing up with so many "cousins" around the same age!

We ended our Thanksgiving celebrations with Friendsgiving on Sunday. The Hortons recently moved, so they were able to host this year. It is so special that everyone makes it a priority to schedule this event annually. As we have added more friends and more babies to the mix, it becomes VERY complicated to find a date that works for everyone.

These sweet friends mean the world to us, and we could not imagine raising our family without them.

Now the whirlwind of Christmas begins. We started with a trip into the great wilderness to find the perfect tree. :)

It is up to the kids whether they end up on the naughty or nice list. I think some need to work a little harder than others...
